What is Your Take on Christmas Yard Decoration |

Do you remember that movie where one guy does something that's really
cool? I can’t stop myself from saying that because I've heard it so
many times before. You've surely heard the spiel yourself. Anyway,
you've probably also seen the "National Lampoons Christmas Vacation."
That movie is a classic! It's all about the joys, struggles, and
annoyances of the holidays.
Of course, there's that amazing Christmas yard decoration scene. This fellow goes all out because he's determined to have the best and most amazing decoration scheme on the block. Do you feel the urge to do the same during the holiday season? For your sake I hope not.
To be honest, I'm not so big on the ever-popular Christmas yard decoration schemes. Of course, I like reindeers, Santa Clause, all his little elves, colorful lights and nativity scenes. However, I plain and simply don't have the time to do all this stuff.
I also can't imagine how much time and money folks put into Christmas yard decoration. Well, I realized this year that I really haven't been contributing to the aesthetics of the neighborhood during the holiday season.
I’ve decided that this year is going to be different for me. I have the Christmas yard decoration thing in the bag. I am going to raise the bar for my neighborhood this holiday season. I may even overdo the guy across the street who loves to have the biggest and best yard decoration every Christmas season.
You see, I'm going to Lowe's and Home Depot to pick up all those amazing lights and illuminating reindeer. My yard is going to resemble Santa’s North Pole headquarters this Christmas.
We all like to cruise the neighborhoods around Christmas time to check out the many homes with Christmas yard decoration schemes and lights. We all feel good inside when we stare in awe at all those lights and all that Christmas spirit. I guess we are all suckers for the holidays and Christmas yard decoration schemes.
